Looked after, month after month
You did not start your business to manage WordPress updates on a Sunday night. We take the technical maintenance off your desk and keep the website in the condition you paid for.
The lifecycle
A website is not a delivery. It is a working system that ages. Care keeps it current, credible and fast — and turns a one-off build into an asset that gets better instead of quietly decaying.
Go-live handled properly: redirects, testing, analytics and a clean handover.
Uptime, performance and form delivery watched continuously.
Core, theme and plugin updates applied and verified on a schedule.
Backups, SSL, hardening and security monitoring kept current.
Speed, content and conversion paths refined instead of left to age.

The neglected website
An out-of-date plugin. A backup that has not run since March. An enquiry form that stopped delivering to the new email address. Pages that got slower every time someone uploaded a 4MB photo.
None of it announces itself. You just notice, months later, that the website does not feel like it is working — and by then the fix is a project rather than a task.

Included in Manage and Grow hosting, or available as a standalone care plan for sites hosted elsewhere.
Core updates applied and checked, so security patches do not sit waiting.
Plugins updated, tested and pruned. Every unused plugin is a liability.
Scheduled, retained off-server and restorable — and periodically tested.
Active monitoring for malware, file changes and suspicious behaviour.
Continuous checks that alert us, not your customers.
Caching, image handling and Core Web Vitals kept in shape as the site grows.
DNS, SSL, integrations, forms and the small technical things nobody owns.
A regular readable review of what is working and what needs attention.
Reporting
Every care plan includes a periodic health check written in business language: what was updated, what was backed up, what got faster, what needs a decision from you.
No dashboards you will never log into. A short, readable account of a website being looked after properly.

You can. The question is whether you will, every month, and whether you will notice when an update quietly breaks a form or a layout. Website care exists because that job is small, constant and easy to postpone until it is expensive.
We review updates, backups, uptime, page speed, broken links, form delivery, SSL status and any security warnings, then report in plain language with anything that needs a decision.
Yes, provided it is WordPress and reasonably well built. We audit it first and tell you honestly if care is enough or if it needs work before it is worth maintaining.
Small changes — content edits, image swaps, minor layout fixes — come out of your monthly allowance. New pages and larger work are quoted as a small project so nothing eats your allowance silently.
